All Star Seal Coating uses VelveTop brand sealer for all Commercial projects. VelveTop sealer has been producing high quality sealcoat for over 40 years and is recognized as a standard in the industry. Tarmax is also added to the sealer at a rate
Of 4%. Tarmax is a rubberized additive that will add durability to the sealer.
